It's Heidi's 50th birthday! Join us to celebrate on May 12th. Heidi prefers not to receive any gifts, but instead, please consider supporting Roger Williams University on three projects that are close to her heart.
International Student Emergency Fund
We have international students from all over the world including refugees from Iran, Afghanistan, and Ukraine. Heidi, as an immigrant herself, wants to ensure that our international students have the financial support they need during times of crisis and emergency.
Interactive Off-leash Dog Park
Dogs have always been an important part of Heidi's life as well as of many of our students, faculty, staff and neighbors. Our town of Bristol is the only one of nearby towns that does not have a dog park. We want to build a place where all dog lovers can bring their four-legged friends together in a comfortable and playful environment and invite anyone to enjoy.
Student Vegetable Garden
Heidi, a passionate gardener, wants to support the development of a learning vegetable garden on campus. Students that are part of our food studies program and summer high school campers will be able to plant and grow vegetables and herbs in a sustainable way and incorporate them in their culinary activities.
