#RiponRoar Days is a campaign to celebrate the Ripon Area School District (RASD) and donate to Ripon Education Foundation, Inc. The First Annual #RiponRoar Days runs Monday-Friday, November 16-20, 2020.
Money raised during #RiponRoar Days will directly benefit the Program Fund which supports RASD educators through grants to provide additional classroom supplies or experiences to students. The Program Fund also provides tutoring scholarships and other grants that expand student learning within RASD.
Ripon Education Foundation, Inc. is an independent, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation managed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of community members. The Foundation funds grants and scholarships to benefit staff and students of the Ripon Area School District.

Wow! It has been a week of amazement for all of us at the Ripon Education Foundation. You all have stepped up to support the Ripon Area School District students and faculty more than we ever could have imagined. Thank you to everyone who participated during the last 5 days. The Ripon Education Foundation funded a grant request to supply enough yoga mats for each K-2 student. The 300 mats are being used in the classroom by Mr. Nehls during Phy. Ed. classes and by the classroom teachers during some of their in-class activities. They provide a great visual for our youngest students as they learn personal space and distancing. The mats are a great addition especially during this time of COVID.

The Ripon Education Foundation funded a “Lifetime Love of Literature” grant for Mrs. Johnson’s and Ms. Geiger’s 3rd-grade classrooms during the 2019-2020 school year! This grant was used to update the classroom library with new book titles, as well as replacements of well-loved and worn-out copies of others. The students helped select the new titles and were so excited to get their hands on them. Their hands were so full; they couldn’t even hold them all!
