Each day at Providence Day there is so much to celebrate–our outstanding academics, inspiring creations from our talented artists, exciting victories in our athletic programs, and the nurturing sense of community felt in all areas of campus. Behind each of these accomplishments--and each of our students--are our dedicated faculty and staff who have made these PD experiences possible for generations of Chargers.
On May 2, our community will come together for our annual Giving Day as we honor those who are Behind Every Charger. Help us reach our goal of 362–one gift for every faculty and staff member on campus this year–and follow along as we reveal special challenges to increase the impact of your gift throughout the day.

⭐ Behind Every Charger $50,000 Challenge: Current parents Kristin and Peter Auerbach, alumni parents Nancy and Bruce Downing, and current and alumni parents Kate and David Mihalick have pledged to donate a combined $50,000 if the overall participation goal of 362 donors is reached for Giving Day 2023! The Auerbachs, Downings and Mihalicks hope the entire PD family will join them in showing appreciation for the Providence Day teachers and staff who are Behind Every Charger.
⭐ Lynch Family Challenge: Current parents Tyhler and Matt Lynch will donate $50 on behalf of the first 100 donors who make a gift, regardless of their gift amount.
⭐ First-time Donor Challenge: Bill and Linda Swayne, Grandparents and Alumni Parents, will make a gift of $2,000 if 40 donors make their first ever gift to Providence Day on Giving Day. There's no better time to start your giving tradition at PD!

Class reunions for years ending in 2's, 3's, 7's and 8's are on Saturday, May 20! Those alumni celebrating a reunion this year will be entered into a chance to win a free reunion registration when they make a gift! Also, the reunion class with the highest giving percentage (amount doesn't matter) will win this special VIP challenge and have special upgrades at their class reunion! See standings below!
