Now, more than ever, Pitzer students need your support!
Established in 2013, the Pitzer Student Emergency Fund provides financial assistance to currently enrolled Pitzer College students who are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses because of temporary hardship related to an emergency. This fund depends entirely on donations from generous supporters of the College.
In response to the COVID-19 crisis, the College has utilized the Pitzer Student Emergency Fund to meet student needs. So far, the fund has provided:
- 43 students with flights home, luggage fees and other travel-related expenses
- 10 students with laptops to access online courses
- 5+ WiFi hotspots for students who do not have dependable internet access at home
