Provida Futuri: Pitzer #GivingTuesday 2019

This campaign ended on December 04, 2019, but you can still make a gift to Pitzer College by clicking here!

Tuesday, December 3, is #GivingTuesday—a worldwide celebration of philanthropy, community, and giving back. Thousands of nonprofits in over 150 countries rally on #GivingTuesday to raise awareness and money for the causes they champion. Pitzer College is one of these organizations, and we are counting on you!

As you reflect on the people and places that mean the most to you, we hope you remember the positive impact Pitzer students, alumni, and faculty have made on and off campus throughout the years. Supporting Pitzer and its passionate community means supporting the causes you treasure, like accessibility to higher education, environmental sustainability, criminal justice reform, and gender equality.

Please join us in creating a better tomorrow by making a gift today.

Pitzer alumni, why not double your impact?

  • Thanks to the generosity of Brad Johnston ’99, co-founder and CEO of Tanoshi, one Tanoshi* computer will be donated to the Children Youth and Family Collaborative (CYFC) if 100 alumni give. This nonprofit, supported by Pitzer’s Community Engagement Center and student volunteers, works with foster youth in LA County.
  • If an additional 100 alumni give on #GivingTuesday, a second computer will be donated to CYFC.

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to make a difference at Pitzer and our local community.

Say “yes” to the challenge and give now!

*Tanoshi recently won the Silicon Valley Education Fund EdTech Startup of the Year award for helping millions of kids learn computer skills, like computer coding, for the future workforce.

Just for You: Lions, bobcats, and bears, oh my!
