The Class of 2021 is committed to the success of every student, present and future, entering the next phase in life. By offering students the opportunity to support first-generation college students, we want to help equip the student body with the resources to prosper here at Pitzer and after graduation. Your donation to the Senior Class Gift will support all Pitzer students in their success.
By making a gift today to the First-Generation Programming Fund, you can help leave Pitzer even greater than we found it.
- The First-Generation Programming Fund supports activities and programs designed for first-generation college students. Since 2013, applications from first-gen students to Pitzer have increased by 44 percent. This fund helps expand resources for students whose parents or guardians did not earn a college degree and may not be able to help their student navigate through the ins and outs of college life.

- The Pitzer Fund is Pitzer’s highest fundraising priority. It is an important resource for financial aid, academic initiatives, and student programs and services. Tuition does not cover the full cost of a Pitzer education, and the College’s endowment does not generate the full amount needed to support our students: the Pitzer Fund helps cover the gap.
- Sagehen Athletics—General is an unrestricted fund to support the greatest needs in Pomona-Pitzer Athletics.
- The Diversity Program Fund supports and cultivates educational programs, activities, and opportunities that address social justice and human diversity within the Pitzer community and the world-at-large.
- The Study Abroad Student Support Fund provides a financial award to cover costs beyond financial aid, such as passports, visas, baggage fees, transportation costs, or day-to-day incidentals.
