Run for the Peak

Peak to Peak K-5 students are excited to participate in the Run for the Peak!

We’re excited to announce a special end-of-year celebration combining Run for the Peak and Field Day into one fun-filled morning! All elementary students will participate in both events on Thursday, May 16—double the fun, all in one day! We hope this new format makes it easier for families to participate and helps us make the most of our campus facility schedule.

For 25 years, Run for the Peak has been our final fundraising event of the year, giving students the opportunity to raise funds for Peak to Peak’s operating budget while earning exciting prizes from Pete the Puma—including a class shave ice party on Friday!

To support your student’s grade-level fundraising efforts, visit the grade posted and make a donation! We encourage families to also share it with friends and extended family who would love to support your student and Peak to Peak.

The schedule for the morning will be shared next week and will be similar to past year’s Field Day meaning each grade will either participate from approximately 8am - 10:30am or 10:30 - 1. It’s going to be an amazing way to wrap up the year—we can’t wait to celebrate with our fantastic elementary students!

Grade level and individual prizes (recreation center passes, water park passes, restaurant gift cards, and more) are awarded for fundraising efforts and for displaying important P2P character traits like teamwork and perseverance during this fun event. To be eligible for individual and grade-level prizes donations must be made between Friday, April 18th - and Monday, May 18th, 8pm.

Student Prizes:

• All students participating in Run for the Peak receive a commemorative gift from Pete the Puma!
• Students with donations made in their name of any amount receive a special gift from Pete!
• Students with donations made in their name of $75 and more receive a HydraPak Recon 25oz water bottle with P2P customization items.
• All increments of $100 entered into a raffle for a 2025-2026 reserved parking spot and other fun prizes including water world tickets, local summer activities, gift cards and more!
• Top 2 fundraising families are eligible for a reserved parking spot for the 2025-2026 school year
