We have a $5K match for the College of Health Professions Diversity Endowed Scholarship Fund from a generous donor. To impact this match, choose your designation as "OTHER" and write in "CHP Diversity Endowed Scholarship." 

Your gift supports the College of Health Professions' commitment to equity, diversity and inclusivity within health professions, and provides financial assistance for Pacific students studying to be the next dedicated healthcare providers in our communities.

John Howard ’72 and Gary Reynolds ’72 were among the last to see Boxer on campus in 1969 — and John has made it his mission for the past several years to bring Boxer home. Together, they share what Boxer Spirit means to them.

The original Boxer, missing these past 55 years, took a mini-tour of what's new at his Pacific home. He's excited to explore more of Pacific's campuses and meet new generations of students and alumni!

In response to our Pacific community's tradition of nurturance and belonging, we are introducing the Boxer Spirit Fund. 

This is the hardest-working fund on campus providing unrestricted support for student scholarships and Pacific's greatest needs.  

Your contribution to the Boxer Spirit Fund enables our students to pursue their passion at Pacific and live out their purpose. 

The Chinese qilin statue known as Boxer has symbolized Pacific University’s heart and soul for more than a century.

Even when the statue went missing in 1969, the Boxer Spirit has never wavered. 

But now, after 55 years, the original Boxer has made its way home to Pacific! Check back later today for the behind-the-scenes story of how it happened.
