Hi!
My name is Sadie Blaszczyk, and I'm a junior at Olivet Nazarene University. I'm studying Biology after feeling God's call to pursue a career in cancer research. Olivet has fostered not only my passion for science, but also my desire to be a reflection of Christ wherever He would send me. This summer, I've been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Papua New Guinea through Olivet's Shalom Project. Papua New Guinea is a small country near New Zealand, but we believe it is a place prominent on God's heart. The women of Papua New Guinea experience high rates of HPV, a virus responsible for 96% of cervical cancers. I will spend a month this summer researching to establish cost sustainable HPV tests for these women. We hope to bring shalom- God's perfect peace- in the physical and the spiritual.
My heart can hardly wait, but first, I am walking in faith to raise the funds! Will you walk in faith with me, through prayer and if you're willing, a donation? Thank you for your support and prayer as I embark on the journey the Lord has set before me!
