Hello, I am Josiah Fox, a senior at Olivet Nazarene University. I am majoring in English and Writing with minors in Graphic Design and Child Development. Olivet’s Shalom Project has allowed me to witness the people and work done in Honduras through their Ministry Teams. The Honduran Footsteps Mission receives us in their city of Santa Barbara to serve in their community center, training center, orphanage, and Garden of Love and Hope. I dedicated the time we will spend there from March 1st to the 8th to challenge myself and my worldly expectations, growing the instinct to see the face of God within everyone and let love abound between His creations. If anything, I have said resonated with you, please come alongside me to see another part of God’s Creation by donating to my goal to bring God’s children together within the home He has given us.
The Honduras team partners with the local Footstep Missions to serve in their educational, community, sports centers, and orphanages to meet the needs within the Santa Barbara community. As always, the need in highest demand is love, and I am confident the service and support our team receives from home reflects God pouring out His Agape on this corner of His creation.
