About

In honor of our 5th reunion, we ask you to please support the next generation of Norwich graduates by giving to the following funds, or any initiative that you are passionate about. Our shared gift to these scholarships will guarantee students a Norwich education for years to come.

The Women Kicking Glass Scholarship - 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of a significant milestone in Norwich University's history: the first women to live on the Northfield campus and the first in the NU Corps of Cadets - a full two years before the federal service academies. Throughout the year we recognize trailblazing women, alumnae accomplishments, and significant Norwich "firsts."

In other words, NU Women Kicking Glass.

As we honor Norwich women of the past, please help secure the future for deserving women to attend Norwich University.

The Harold ‘Doc’ Martin Memorial Scholarship was established in 2021 by Benjamin Lowell Price III, '93, Cedric D George, '87, Willie V. Wright, '93. Anthony l. Johnson, '94 and Tonya Y. Thorne, '94 in memory of Doc Martin, Norwich University's first African-American student. He graduated in 1920. During World War II, he was stationed at Tuskegee Army Airfield where he became Director of the Ground School.
