About

Celebrate Giving Day with the Class of 2016

LIVE on Thursday on the Giving Day Page

Your gift to our reunion campaign will help us reach our 40% participation reunion goal and will count toward Norwich's overall giving day 500-donor goal.

To encourage participation on Giving Day, Norwich is offering the following incentive gifts. Be sure to select your incentive when you checkout:

Gifts of $30 or more are eligible for a Norwich mask.

Gifts of $1000 or more are eligible for an engraved brick on the Upper Parade Ground.

All gifts will be recognized in a new initiative we are calling 'Class of 2021, I've got your back.' Your name will be printed with a short congratulatory note for students to see during the graduation ceremony.  Your gift will remind the Class of 2021 that the Norwich Family has their back, even when we cannot celebrate their accomplishments in person.  Unless you choose to remain anonymous, you will be recognized automatically.

A Message from the Class of 2016 Reunion Committee

In recognition of the global pandemic and the impact it has had on many students and their families, Norwich’s 2021 Giving Day is dedicated to making Norwich more affordable.

We encourage you to give to one of the four scholarships: Women at Norwich, Students of Color at Norwich, Heroes of the Post-9/11 Era, Active Duty Special Forces, or whatever suits your passion, like the Schneider Legacy Project.

We have a special weekend planned for the Class of 2016. Please join us, September 24-26, on what is sure to be a memorable alumni weekend.

Should COVID-19 impact the university’s ability to host an in-person gathering, celebrations will be virtual.

The decision to host in-person will be made no sooner than July 2021.
If you are planning a trip to the Hill, we recommend booking lodging now. Fall is an especially busy time in Vermont and accommodations fill up quickly. Most establishments now offer generous COVID-19 cancellation policies, but be sure to confirm with your host prior to booking.

A list of properties to choose from can be found at: alumni.norwich.edu/area accommodations
