We, Amber Mielke and Kathryn Brown, are second year students at Northland Community and Technical College’s Aerospace Campus in Thief River Falls, MN. We both share a massive passion for aviation, and would love to better learn methods for attracting and retaining students in this wonderful field! Attending the Women in Aviation International Conference this year will be instrumental in allowing us to share the knowledge we gain with our college in this endeavor.
