This May Day, Northland needs you to support what you love most about our small school on a big lake. The first Northland Giving Day is your chance to create change by motivating your Northland to support the initiatives and aspects of Northland that mean the most to you.
Our goals are simple: Raise $25,000 and get 250 NEW givers.
Celebrate the past, support the present, and invest in the future. Whether you give $5.00 or $5,000, your gift affects change.
- A gift to the annual fund offsets the operating costs that tuition doesn't cover.
- Gifts to scholarships provide support directly to students, reducing their need for student loans.
- Supporting any of our academic centers ensures Northland students get graduate level experience to enhance their degree with hands-on skills in their field and the soft skills necessary to adapt in an ever changing world.
Become an Advocate and see the direct effect of your support. Create a Give Campus account and challenge your friends, family, classmates, and colleagues. Share your story and why you give to support our Northland fair. Northland needs you to give a little and share the love, inspiring others to give, some for the first time. That's how we'll make history May 1st, 2019.
Special donor incentives are available to spice things up and our Change Maker Challenge will be announced at 8am CDT on 5/1/2019.
However you found Us; as a student, a parent, or a friend, we're glad you're apart of our Northland family.

Thank You, Lydia Ward, from GiveCampus! She created this helpful video explaining how anyone can be an advocate for Northland College during our Giving Day campaign this May Day.
With YOUR help, not only can we reach our goal of raising $25,000, we'll gain 250 NEW givers to our Northland. Share your story. What motivates you to give? Your experience will inspire others to join in. It only takes a moment and there are so many reasons to give to Northland College.
Alumni Board Member, Stuart Barnes Jamieson '81 had this to say about why he gives:
Although my four years at Northland College were golden ones, and have fundamentally shaped who I am now, that is not why I give to Northland. I give not for what Northland has done for me in the past, but for what it is doing for its current students. I have had the privilege of meeting several of them over the last few years, and I am convinced that they are the kind of men and women I want to see in leadership for our worldโs future.
I give to support them, and I GIVE to assure that Northland will continue to be a vital place for learning and action for a more just and sustainable future for all.
We're gearing up for the first Northland Giving Day and Northland needs you this May Day.
Shine On!
