NYU Tandon Bridge is an immersive course designed to offer individuals without a technical background a solid foundation in technical skills to pursue a graduate degree in STEM fields. This fully online program is taught by NYU Tandon computer science faculty and covers complex topics such as discrete math, computer programming, data structures and algorithms, and principles of operating systems.
At Tandon we aim to lower barriers of entry into STEM fields, creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to access exciting new career pathways. In 2023 The National Science Foundation SFS initiative granted NYU Tandon a $100,000 to enhance and expand the Bridge program, as well as fund partial scholarships for the Bridge participants. In an effort to continue that support, the goal of this fund is to ensure sustained aid for students in the Bridge program, particularly as the NSF grant approaches its expiration.
By helping fund this campaign, you will help eliminate financial obstacles encountered by students pivoting their careers into STEM.
