The NMSU Conroy Honors College elevates student success, encourages students to aim higher, and promotes academic engagement with high impact learning experiences, in and out of the classroom. Some of the ways in which this fund is used include: a book stipend to reward first-year College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) scholars who earned Crimson Scholar status; student travel expenses when they have the opportunity to present their work at conferences; guest speakers and receptions with students; and small scholarships to encourage first-time overseas travelers to participate in an NMSU-approved study abroad experience. Our goal is to ensure that all Honors students have academically enriching experiences and that financial need is not a barrier to student participation!
