MHC Class Color Cup 2018

We are 96% of the way to our 3,000 donor goal, and have raised nearly $388,000 for Mount Holyoke and our students. Congratulations!

We are making great progress - and even if we reach 3,000 donors, the challenge continues until the official end at midnight PST tonight.

With over 2,700 donors, we are 90% of the way towards our goal. Keep it up!

We are 88% of the way to our goal, we have officially surpassed our record from last year! Not only do our 2,648 donors beat where we were at the end of five days last year, we have also given over $100,000 more in support of Mount Holyoke and our students! Amazing! The competition continues, however - keep those gifts coming to prove which class has the most MHC pride! 

Many classes are just one donor away from claiming the top spots so this is still anyone's game!

Thank you to over 2,500 Lyons who had made gifts so far during this challenge, contributing over $347,000 to support MHC and our community! The competition has had us on the edge of our seats here, and it is just heating up! There are still 9 hours left in the Class Color Cup Challenge, so anything can happen! Here are our leaders:

*Please note, if you have been watching the leaderboard carefully, you may have noticed some jumps in your class totals. Our partners at GiveCampus were working to address an issue with some donors being counted multiple times. Things should be straightened out now!

We are at 2,381 donors and $338,000. Keep up the momentum, Lyons; the competition is fierce! There have been some steady leaders, but many classes are starting to catch up! Which classes will be victorious?

It is the beginning of the end of this incredible 3 day Class Color Cup competition, and we are very impressed with how the MHC community has risen to the challenge!  Over 2,300 donors have contributed more than $332,000 during this time, and we still have 13 hours to go. If you have been holding off on making a gift, the time for procrastination is over - let's show the full power of MHC alumnae and crush our goal! 

It's the last day of the MHC Class Color Cup, and we are starting out with an impressive 2,085 donors and $314,044. The past two days have really exciting -  let's finish this challenge strong!

We end on a high note, surpassing $300,000 in just two days! Below is the full rundown of our challenge classes at the end of the day. Let's keep up this exciting momentum for our final day!

What a day -  we  were certainly feeling the love this Valentine's Day! We are more than 2/3 of the way towards our ambitious goal, thanks to the  2,045 Lyons who have supported MHC so far during this challenge. Together we  have brought in $292,440 for our alma mater! There is one day left - let's make it  count! 

Great job everyone! We are so close to reaching 2,000 donors! Can we get there before the end of day 2? I know we can! Let's show what MHC alums are made of!

Well done, Lyons! Over 1,870 alums have made gifts so far, bringing almost $270,000 in support of Mount Holyoke. Very impressive!

We've done it! Thanks to the 1,506 donors who have made gifts to The Mount Holyoke Fund, we are now 50% of the way towards our goal!

As a fun Valentine's Day throwback, who remembers this gem?

With 1,407 donors, we are at 46% of our ambitious goal. Can we reach 50% before noon today? (I think we can!)

Gifts are still  coming in strong! We are currently at 1,240 donors and $125,000! 

We are starting the day at 1,200 donors (40% of our goal)  and $120,000. What a great way to wake up! 

Today is  Valentine's Day, and we are looking for 1,800 more alumnae to show MHC some love through a gift to The Mount Holyoke Fund. Let's show what MHC alums are made of!

Here is a snapshot of where each class stands at the end of day 1 of the MHC Class Color Cup challenge,with 1,173 donors stepping up to give $116,471 in support of Mount Holyoke. We are almost 40% of the way to our goal in one day - well done!  Two days left in this exciting challenge,and the bar is set incredibly high - let's see if we can do even better tomorrow!

There are only a few minutes left in the first day of the MHC Class Color Cup challenge, and we have already reached 38% of our goal! Many thanks to the 1,165+  donors who have given almost $116,000 to support Mount Holyoke and our students. Here is on more quick update on our leaders.   

Still going strong with 1,120+ donors (37% of our goal) and  $112,000!

The competition is still fierce! Congratulations to the  Classes of 1994 and  1998 for being the first earn a bronze achievement badge!  1990, 1984  and 1983, you are just a few donors away! Remember, your class will earn $500 for every achievement badge, up to  $2,000, which will be added to your class gift to The Mount Holyoke Fund at the end of the year.     

Congratulations again to our first bronze medalists! We know there will be more soon!

Amazing! We  reached 1/3 of our  goal well before the end of the first day of the Class Color Cup. It is clear that Mount Holyoke alumnae love a challenge!

With 860 donors, we have already reached 28% of our goal of 3,000 donors in just 3 days. Thank you to everyone who made a gift, created a challenge, and encouraged friends and classmates to take part in the MHC Class Color Cup. We have raised over $88,000 so far, proving that gifts of all size can have a huge impact when we work together. Speaking of the power of participation, we wanted to share this fun video from an earlier FebruMary challenge where two of our younger alumnae trustees highlight some reasons why alumnae participation is so important for Mount Holyoke. Feel free to share this with your friends and classmates if they need some extra encouragement to join you in making a gift.

It is 3 p.m. and we are almost a quarter of the way to our goal! Remember to keep refreshing the leaderboard as the day goes on; we have some very close competitions!

With over 600 donors, we have reached 20% of our ambitious goal by 1 p.m. on day 1. Well done, Lyons! Here is a new update on where the leaders stand. the bronze achievement badge is within sight for some classes - when your class reaches 50 donors, you unlock this special prize. Keep it up!
