In 2020, Moore created the Anna Russell Jones Award to increase diversity of our student body by providing funds for underrepresented minority students and financially disadvantaged students to purchase art kits, books, transportation, and meals during the current or next academic semester.

This award honors the legacy of Anna Russell Jones, the first African American graduate of Moore and a highly esteemed textile designer.
