In 2020, Moore created the Anna Russell Jones Award to increase diversity of our student body by providing funds for underrepresented minority students and financially disadvantaged students to purchase art kits, books, transportation, and meals during the current or next academic semester.

This award honors the legacy of Anna Russell Jones, the first African American graduate of Moore and a highly esteemed textile designer.

Donate today to support current students and the next generation of artists and designers!

President Cecelia Fitzgibbon is Offering a Matching Opportunity for Students!

Our President Cecelia Fitzgibbon has offered a matching dollar for dollar opportunity for all donations made under a student’s name! This means, when you donate $1, the Anna Russell Jones Award fund gets $2. If you were planning to donate to this campaign, now your gift has a bigger effect than before.

A matching gift opportunity is a way to increase your impact beyond your own capacity through the generosity of our community. Crowd funding campaigns allow communities to support causes important to them with any gift they are able, and those with greater financial means are able to amplify the gifts when they offer matching opportunities.
