Missouri State Steel Bridge Team

This campaign ended on April 03, 2019, but you can still make a gift to Missouri State University by clicking here!

The MSU Steel Bridge Team is tasked with designing and fabricating a 1:10 scale steel bridge that can be lightweight, easy to assemble and withstand about the weight of a Toyota Prius. This year we will be competing in the Mid-Continent AISC Student Steel Bridge Competition (SSBC) hosted by The University of Oklahoma in Norman. The SSBC allows us the experience of designing and testing a steel structure based on real-world engineering constraints.

This fundraising campaign will help us pay for fabrication tools, travel expenses, and registration fees. Through donations, our design team can maintain its competitiveness and achieve our maximum potential. Please help us compete against other Midwest engineering schools and be a top competitor! We thank you for all your support.

For questions on incentives or the campaign, please contact Luther Harris.

*In addition, MSU alumni who make a qualifying gift of $50 or more receive a V.I.B.card - Very Important Bear

Visit MSU Alumni Association for additional information how to become engaged with the association and what events are coming to your area.
