Friends of LOGOS/Research Journal
LOGOS: A Journal of Undergraduate Research is an annual publication developed and published by students in Missouri State University’s Honors College. Each volume features academic scholarship and artistry produced by undergraduate students and selected in a double-blind, peer reviewed process. LOGOS published its first volume in Fall 2008 and production is currently underway upon Volume 11, which will be published in Fall 2018.
The Honors College wishes to identify Friends of LOGOS who are interested in supporting the continuing publication of LOGOS. Community support will allow the Editorial Board to expand LOGOS as the number and quality of student submissions continues to grow. Friends who make a tax-deductible contribution will be recognized in our final publications.
Our goal is to raise $1,000 for the publication of Volume 11, which will allow us to increase production and circulation of the journal by 20%. This funding will also open the door to a range of future developmental possibilities, including the submission of LOGOS for national awards, presentations at undergraduate research conferences, and the expansion of represented disciplines through usage of a wider range of publishing tools. Supplemental funding will allow us to maintain the professional publication standards of LOGOS and to insure that the final product is an asset that the university will be proud to display to its constituent audiences.
Donations of any amount are welcome. Friends who make a donation of $50 or more will receive a gift compliments of LOGOS: A Journal of Undergraduate Research. (Please see Gift Incentives).
