Give $50 for 50 Years

This campaign ended on October 09, 2020, but you can still make a gift to Middlesex Community College by clicking here!

Middlesex Community College first opened its doors to welcome students on September 24, 1970.  Since then, MCC has educated tens of thousands of students, helping them on their paths to Associate and Bachelor's degrees, meaningful careers, professional growth, personal enrichment and workforce training.

Help celebrate MCC’s 50th Anniversary by joining the $50 for 50 Years Campaign and making a gift to the MCC Foundation Middlesex Fund.

Here's why your gift this year is more important than ever:

The unrestricted Middlesex Fund gives MCC the flexibility to address the evolving needs of our students and faculty as the COVID-19 crisis continues.  Donations to the Middlesex Fund provide much-needed support for the following: mini-grants for faculty and staff initiatives that directly benefit our students; student requests for essential emergency needs and scholarships; and the ability to meet any unforeseen circumstances.  Generous donations from our college community provide us with the resources to keep our community safe, whole, and happy as we face new challenges.

Our MCC community is stronger together...let's celebrate 50 years by supporting our students and paving the way for more celebrations in the years to come.

Thank you - Your gift helped us Exceed Our Goal!

Thank you to the generous supporters of the $50 for 50 Campaign.  Your gifts helped us exceed our goal! 61 donors (alumni, MCC faculty & staff, and friends) contributed to the campaign which raised $5,800 for the Middlesex Fund.  These funds will be used to support student emergency needs, as well as scholarships and faculty and staff initiatives.

We can still accept gifts for the Middlesex Fund - please continue to promote the campaign to fellow alums and friends:

Half way to the Goal - Please continue to share with your networks!

"We came to cherish MCC and sometimes we even lamented that we had to leave…But leave we did because Middlesex was that springboard to even greater things...

Today’s students are faced with an almost unimaginable global challenge, and their Middlesex experience will be different but uniquely their own. What lessons it has to teach them! They may not know it yet either, but they made a great choice. The perspective of half a century tells me so…"

From a reflection by Joe Orfant (center in photo), a member of MCC’s first graduating class of 1972, on his time at MCC and the 50th Anniversary of the College.

Thank you to our MCC donors and advocates for the $50 for 50 Campaign to support the Middlesex Fund during the college's 50th Anniversary.  We are a little more than half way to the 50 donor goal we'd like to achieve by the end of next week.

Please continue to share this with your networks and fellow MCC alums and friends so we can help more students on the path to greater things!
