Remember the challenges of a Middlebury winter? Black ice. Frozen hair. The flannel. So much flannel...
Well, there's a new challenge at Midd this winter-the MiddWinter Challenge! If Middlebury receives 2,000 gifts by February 15, to any area of the College, an anonymous donor from the Class of 1992 will chip in an extra $100,000!
That means your gift of $20, $50, $100 or more can have a huge impact for the College!
If there's one thing that sets Middlebury apart, it's how Midd alumni, parents and friends rally to meet a challenge. We are counting on you to help us unlock $100,000.
Your participation will provide critical support for financial aid, internships, study abroad, career development and so much more- all the things that distinguish a Middlebury education and all the things that you love about Middlebury.
Well Panthers...WE MADE IT!!!
You did it! 2000 donors to unlock 100k! You rose to the MiddWinter Challenge!
Midd Alumni always exceed expectations - let's keep the momentum going!
Thank you to everyone who has participated!!!

2164 days ago by Carly BidnerJust over a day left to go for the MiddWinter Challenge!
THIS is when the serious fun starts. Weโre already seeing a healthy dose of competition on the leaderboard, with classes jockeying to see who gets to claim ultimate bragging rights. So weโre going to make those bragging rights official and introduce…
The first annual MIDDLEBURY CHALLENGE CUP, to be awarded to the class with the greatest number of donors at midnight tomorrow (Friday, February 15).
The Cup will be presented at the Alumni Leadership Conference, in October, 2019. And everyone who contributes to the win will receive their own commemorative class pint glass.
So… will it be YOUR class sipping the sweet nectar of victory at the next homecoming or reunion? Make it happen—spread the word!
2165 days ago by Kitty BartlettExciting News from Middlebury!
Between now and the end of the MiddWinter Challenge on February 15, an anonymous couple from the Class of 2001 will match 1:1 any gifts made by alumni from the classes of 2018-1998 (up to a maximum of $10,000 and $2500 per household).
If your class isn't represented here, don't worry! There are a number of class specific challenges (and more popping up) where you can multiply the impact of your gift. Check back early and often for gift opportunities and to see where your class stands on the leader board.
Go Midd!
