MSU Denver Men's Soccer
We had a great fall 2022 in our second
season together. We finished with a record of 10-6-2 and had notable wins
against Cal State Monterey Bay, Lubbock Christian, Regis, Fort Lewis, and #20
UCCS. Statistically we were better in every major category but missed out on
qualifying for the RMAC tournament by a single point. Aidan Bates received 2nd team all
RMAC while Adan Perez and Ross Miller were RMAC honorable mentions. We
graduated 3 seniors and have the core of the team returning for 2023.
The student athletes are working just as hard in the class room as our team GPA for the fall semester was a 3.31. Ross Miller and Bryson Chiles were both 1st team RMAC all academic recipients and 10 players in total made the RMAC academic honor roll.
Your Support
By donating to MSU Denver men’s soccer during the Day of Giving
Campaign, you will help supplement the cost of mental health/performance
training and our travel budget to play top teams in our super region.
We will begin working with a sports psychologist in April to help maximize our student athletes mental health and performances. This is currently a resource we haven’t had available and will be vital in our future progress as a team.
In the Fall 2023 season, we will travel to play top teams from Kansas, Texas, and California. This will provide our program with another avenue to qualify for the national tournament. We will play a schedule that includes 5 NCAA tournament teams from the 2022 season.
Your donations will be incredibly helpful to provide the best possible student athlete experience and the ability for our team to compete at the highest level of Division II men’s soccer. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at a game this Spring and next Fall. The future is bright for Roadrunner Men’s Soccer!
Join fellow Roadrunners in supporting your favorite team(s) during the fourth annual Roadrunners Athletics Giving Challenge! When you make a gift to the team(s) of your choice, you help enhance the student-athlete experience for each Roadrunner at MSU Denver. Your support also gets your favorite team one step closer to being crowned Roadrunners Athletics Giving Challenge champions!
The top three teams with the most donors and the team that raises the most money will receive bonus funds for their programs. Will your team be the winner? You decide!
So rally together with fellow Roadrunners to make our programs strong and to give our student-athletes the resources they need to be successful. Show your support by helping your team win the Roadrunners Athletics Giving Challenge when you make your gift today.
