Strength and Conditioning  
The MSU Denver Strength & Conditioning Program and its coaches are tasked with training and developing 240+ student-athletes, spread across 16 NCAA Division II varsity teams who compete for the MSU Denver Athletics Department. Daily, 160 student-athletes utilize our Strength & Conditioning facility, Velocity-Based Technology, equipment and science-based program, beginning at 5:00 am, with our final team leaving the weight room at 6:30 pm. 

Our vision is to be the premier strength and conditioning facility in the nation, providing all Roadrunners student-athletes with the best possible experience. In order to achieve our vision, we adhere to our mission statement daily, as well as market our program to visionaries who might consider lending the support needed to obtain resources and cover subscription costs (TeamBuildr, Vitruve, & VALD) for premiere program building.

By donating to MSU Denver Strength and Conditioning, you can provide essential workout equipment & technology, for all student-athletes, on all of our MSU Denver athletics teams, for years to come. You donation will allow us to purchase a new speaker for the weight room, maintain current equipment, and attain new equipment that can make an immediate impact for the entire athletics department. All gifts over $50 will receive a Strength & Conditioning shirt (pictured below). We greatly appreciate your donations and support.
