Cohen Pacesetter Scholars  

Students in the Cohen Pacesetter Scholars program will receive a scholarship and access to tutoring, mentoring, a paid internship, student support services tailored to their needs and special programming to build community and skills. Research shows that students who are part of a comprehensive program that includes a scholarship, support services and mentoring are more likely to graduate from college. In addition, MSU Denver’s data indicates that students who participate in at least three high-impact practices have a 90% retention rate.

The Cohen Pacesetter Scholars Program will be the first of its kind at MSU Denver. With your support, hundreds of future Roadrunners will have access to a college education, find the support they need to succeed and graduate into promising careers. This investment will change the lives of our students, the lives of their families and the economic future of Colorado. This unique endowed scholarship program will allow hundreds of students who don’t qualify for TRIO or other programs to get the support they need to realize their American Dream.

1. 🎁 Make a gift. Join the race and make your gift to any area on campus. 
2. 🤝Create a match or challenge gift. Encourage others to make a gift by creating a match or challenge gift on any of our featured crowdfunding projects. When you make a gift to the Philanthropy Fund, your support will be used to set up match and challenge gifts on our featured projects!
3. 💗❤ Share your Roadrunner Pride. Spread the word about giving day! Sign up to become a Social Media Advocate to receive our social media toolkit containing sample posts and photos. Generate five or more gifts, and you will be entered in a drawing to win a Nintendo Switch Lite! 
4. ☎ Tune in to our Day of Giving telethon to hear about some of our featured projects and various campus areas.
