a Marygrove student who needs gap funding to cross the finish line…to
graduate.
- 92% of Marygrove Students receive one or more forms of financial aid.
- More than 70% of Marygrove students qualify for Federal Pell Grants, which are now coming in smaller amounts and for shorter periods of time.
- Many students are just a semester away from graduation but have run out of money.

We are happy to report that our #GivingTuesday efforts raised $4,456 to launch the Finish Line Scholarship Fund! It is only through your generosity that Marygrove is now able offer seniors this type of financial assistance and it is greatly appreciated.
Alums, faculty, staff, friends and parents came together for one day and one purpose – to help Marygrove seniors graduate. Our donors hailed from 6 different states and class years 1958 through 2016.

participation, Marygrove College is happy to report that we are at 31% of
our goal of 100 donors, and it is only 11:30 a.m.! This is tremendous news for Marygrove
seniors facing financial hardships that could prevent them from graduating.
It is heartwarming to see that 55% of our donors are Marygrove alums and know how important it is to graduate.
If your friends have not given yet, tell them why you gave and it may inspire them to join you!
