Center for Real Estate Challenge 2020

This campaign ended on April 03, 2020, but you can still make a gift to Marquette University by clicking here!

Alumni and friends of the program - we need your help!

Our annual alumni fundraiser this year focuses on the Center's mission: supporting Marquette University real estate students in delivering deep learning experiences that prepare them for fulfilling and successful lives

Every word of that mission was carefully selected, because as the only undergraduate real estate program at a Catholic, Jesuit university, we are all about cura personalis - care for the whole person.

Each year you - our incredible alumni - step up in huge ways to push our program forward and help us create newer, bigger and better experiences for our students. This is a huge reason why we've been ranked for 5 years in a row by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Undergraduate Real Estate Programs in the country.

By donating, you'll help us create the following impact:

  • launch of a new student-run real estate investment program (Real Estate Asset Program, a.k.a. REAP), the first-ever classroom-based student-run program at the undergrad level in the nation
  • growth of our new alumni networking platform for REALM (marquette.edu/realm) to bring alums closer together and promote partnerships, dealmaking, information and expertise-sharing, career opportunities, and continued mentoring
  • development of an exciting new sentiment index focused on understanding where real estate leaders in the Midwest are seeing trends in the industry and their ideas around "Where are we headed?" reported on a quarterly basis

Last year more than 43% of our young alumni donated to the program - a record number across time (check out the stats here - pages 22-23). Join your peers in making a difference once again by donating to the Real Estate Alumni Challenge in 2020!
