Loras College Marketing Club is committed to bringing professional development opportunities to Loras College business students. These opportunities range from bringing in guest speakers to club meetings, touring local businesses, creating and marketing events that benefit fellow students and athletes, and taking an annual club trip to tour larger corporations.
This February we will be taking a trip to Chicago to tour various organizations. Currently we are planning on touring Groupon and Navy Pier. In order to make this trip accessible to club members we are asking for your monetary support to cover transportation and lodging costs. Additionally, if you work for a company in Dubuque or Chicago that would be beneficial for us to tour, please contact us.
Any funds raised above the amount needed for the trip will go towards subsequent club activities. As mentioned earlier these activities include business tours, new club events, and our annual walking taco stand at Loras College’s homecoming tailgate.
