ANNOUNCING THE JUDY FONG MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT: A GIFT TO INSTILL PASSION TODAY AND TOMORROW
Though most known for providing student scholarships, endowed funds can support any purpose or initiative. Establishing the Judy Fong Memorial Endowment does more than just support the initial scholarship or program–it creates a financial margin that can be reinvested in the operational budget, supporting student resources, athletic equipment, locker room improvements, and more.
Judy Fong was a true educator at heart. She was passionate, selfless, dedicated, and outgoing. Judy was a life-long champion of female athletics and worked hard to instill her passion for sports into young women around the valley – including head coach of the Warriors volleyball program 1990-91.
Giving to the Judy Fong Memorial Endowment ensures generations of students have access to the transformative educational and athletic experience.
President Pemberton Challenge. After the first $300 is raised for the Judy Fong Memorial Endowment, $500 from President Pemberton will be unlocked.
DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT! All gifts to the Judy Fong Memorial Endowment will be matched 1:1 by Kim Fong, up to $1,000. After the first $1,000 is received, the next $1,000 to the Judy Fong Memorial Endowment will be matched 1:1 by Mei Fong.
Current and Alumni Parents Challenge: Once the first 15 donations from current AND former LC State Volleyball players' PARENTS are made to support the Judy Fong Memorial Endowment, $5,000 will be unlocked from a Volleyball alumna's parents. To make your gift count towards the challenge, ensure you select "parent" when making your gift!
DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT! Head Coach Katie (Hinrichs) Palmer '10 will match 1:1, up to $1,000 all gifts to the Volleyball Program and Scholarships.
