The Office of Multicultural Affairs has evolved into something bigger: we're now the Center for Cultural Engagement (CCE), with a new home in the Clayton Center. And we need your support now more than ever.
At CCE, we're building something special: a place where every member of the Lehigh community feels at home. For many of our students, that's exactly what we've become—a second home, a safe harbor where they can be themselves without hesitation or fear.
This past year has been transformative. We've seen record attendance at our Heritage Month celebrations, packed houses for our Real Talk sessions (where students speak freely about what matters to them), and stronger connections between current students and alumni. Our community isn't just growing—it's thriving.
The Donning of the Kente (DOK) ceremony stands as one of our proudest traditions. It's a powerful moment when graduating students, surrounded by family and friends, celebrate not just their degrees, but their entire Lehigh journey. For many, it's their final chance to reflect on what Lehigh has meant to them, and to leave their mark on our community.
This Lehigh Giving Day, your support means more than just funding—it's an investment in belonging. Your gift helps us create meaningful experiences through our cultural heritage events, student organization support, and ceremonies like DOK. More importantly, it sends a clear message to every student, staff member, faculty member, and alumnus: you belong here, and your presence makes Lehigh stronger.
