Suzanne Arnold is the founding donor of The Suzanne H. Arnold Art Gallery (1994) and the first chair of LVC’s Arts Committee. Her latest gift alongside a endowed directorship includes a $100,000 challenge to other patrons of the arts at LVC. Gifts from other donors—supporting high-quality exhibitions and programs—will be matched dollar for dollar by Schrotberger.

About the Gallery
Housed in a former church in the gothic-revival style, the Suzanne H. Arnold Art Gallery hosts five to six exhibitions a year, with loans from major national and regional art museums, galleries, and collectors. Exhibitions are made possible by The Friends of the Gallery, the Gallery’s membership group, as well as other generous sponsors.
“The art gallery at LVC is a gem within the regional arts community,” noted Arnold, who received an honorary doctorate from the College in 1996. “Dr. McNulty and future directors will continue the work of bringing the arts alive to countless generations of future artists and art lovers.”
The gift from Suzanne Arnold H’96 will create The Suzanne Arnold Endowed Gallery Directorship. The Art Gallery Challenge is intended to increase the number and quality of our exhibits and community-based programs
