2018 Le Moyne Giving Day

Thanks in part to Bill Barrett's Challenge Gift of $25,000, Le Moyne Received 1,400 Gifts. We did it.

Thank you, Le Moyne Dolphins, for being a part of the Power of Many. We are so grateful to you.   

Our Final Challenge of the Day:

Each of the next 250 gifts will be matched with $100 by the Jesuit community in memory of John Bucki, S.J. up to a total of $25,000.

In Fr. Bucki's words, "God, we ask you to help us celebrate, to rejoice, to get excited, to applaud, to shout, to dance, to forgive, to sing, and to love."

Only 300 more gifts to go!

We are more than halfway to our goal,  and we are so grateful to Chris Curtis '79 for his challenge gift of $25,000 that helped us get there!

When Le Moyne Receives 1100 gifts...

Lynda Swanson Rubino '90 and Carmine Rubino '90 will make a gift of $25,000.

Couldn't be prouder of the selfless actions of our students today. During lunch, 411 students donated over 1200 meal swipes to fellow Phins in need, wrote hundreds of notes to say why they are thankful for our Jesuit Gem, and over 150 students volunteered to participate in the Fr. Bucki Memorial Day of Service coming up in April.

For our next challenge, Chris Curtis ‘79 will make a gift of $25,000 when we receive 800 gifts.  

Shout out and thanks to Dr. Nick Verne '85 for establishing a scholarship in memory of Rev. James O'Brien, S.J. today.  Nick's generosity will impact Le Moyne students far into the future.
