The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing is celebrating the ninth annual An Evening with the Stars on Saturday, November 7. This virtual event recognizes nurses from across the Johns Hopkins-affiliated hospitals, preceptors, faculty, students, and staff and honors innovation and commitment to education and care of patients, families, and communities.
An Evening with the Stars raises money for the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing’s Baltimore Talent Scholars Program, which supports the Baltimore community by offering four annual full-tuition scholarships to Baltimore City public high school graduates admitted to the school’s Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Entry into Nursing program. Now in its fourth year, the Baltimore Talent Scholars Program has awarded 16 full-tuition scholarships to future nurses in Baltimore City.
You already know that the need for brilliant nurses—both in Baltimore and around the world—has never been greater. You also know that Hopkins Nurses are the best and the brightest, grounded in evidence, science, and patient-centered care. Your investment not only empowers our nurses, but the entire Baltimore community, the world, and the lives of thousands of future patients.
Help us make a difference by making a gift of $100, $50, $25 or any meaningful amount to the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Your support allows us to provide an unmatched interprofessional experience to future leaders in the nursing field, no matter their financial circumstances.
