This beloved tradition gathers our community to honor our values through a week of meaningful events. Inspired by namesake William P. Carey’s integrity years ago in supporting struggling farmers, Beet Week allows us to come together in fellowship.
We’ll celebrate graduating students as our newest alumni and reflect on the philanthropic spirit of our benefactor. Students will gain insight into networking, staying engaged post-graduation, and discovering their own charitable impact. As part of the festivities, those making a gift during Beet Week will receive exclusive Carey merchandise.*
