The goal of the Senior Class Giving Campaign is simple: encourage graduating seniors to begin building a legacy of alumni engagement and philanthropy by making their first donation to Johns Hopkins!
This year, we’re asking YOU, current seniors, to make a gift of $20.24 in honor of your graduation year. You can choose to give to anywhere: a student group, athletics team, department, student service, hospital division, or any other area of JHU that is close to your heart. For your gift of just $5 or more, you’ll receive an honor cord to wear at graduation to represent your philanthropic spirit.
Why should seniors give?
Seniors understand the current Hopkins experience better than anyone. Many choose to support groups, services, and causes that are the most meaningful to current students and can make the most immediate impact on the entire Hopkins experience.
Plus, annual gifts of all sizes keep the university operating and growing at its highest potential. Each year, donations under $25 cumulatively add up to an average of half a million dollars that can be put to current use by our students, staff, and faculty. All donors, especially alumni, strengthen the Johns Hopkins community and uphold our reputation as the top research institution in the nation.
As a soon-to-be donor and active alumnus, you now have a chance to begin building your legacy by investing in the future of the university.
