Thank you for supporting our students pursuing their minor in Leadership Development and who are working on their Capstone Project.
The Leadership Development Minor at JCU provides students with an opportunity to stretch their leadership capacities through a series of courses that will force them to discern and recognize their individual approaches to leadership, teach them about the effects that leaders can have on justice issues, and sharpen the skills needed to be an effective leader, including communication and making decisions. Students are prepared to be effective when opportunities arise to have an impact and create change.
One way our John Carroll University students have an impact and create change is through the Leadership Capstone Project in support of leadership initiatives at Saint Martin de Porres High School.
