What Hope Offers
Hope offers multiple resources for students in need: Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), the Hope College Health Center, The Care Pantry and Student Emergency Fund. These are made partly possible through generous donations from alumni, parents, friends and other students.
The Care Pantry
Provides students with essential items such as food, seasonal clothing to brace against frigid Michigan winters, hygiene products, kitchen supplies, everyday essentials and textbooks.
Student Emergency Fund
Helps students with emergency financial needs that exceed the expected costs of education.
These resources provide assistance to 15–20 students each week. By financially supporting the Care Pantry or Student Emergency Fund, you are helping meet students’ basic needs so they can thrive on campus, graduate on time and pursue their passions without having to carry a heavy financial burden.
