Spring for Haverford honors the year in which Haverford was founded and celebrates the beginning of a new season. If 1,833 donors make a gift during the first 1,833 minutes of spring, Haverford will receive a $250,000 match.
It's an ambitious goal, and we need all members of the Haverford community—students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and friends—to participate. Spring into action and make your gift before this challenge ends!
What a memorable way to celebrate the start of Spring! A snowstorm may have slowed down life for many on the East Coast, but it couldn't stop the community from Springing for Haverford and securing a $250,000 match. Through wind, rain, sleet, and hail (and we suspect some of you were in the sun), you delivered for Haverford. Our final tally shows 1,894 donors contributing $870,749 to benefit all those who teach and learn at the College.
We'll share more in the coming weeks about the impact of your support. For now, please accept our deepest gratitude—and congratulations.
Thank you for your generosity and help with this special effort! When we're able to shovel our way back into Founders, we'll finish counting all of the gifts and post an update before the weekend.
