Alumni Weekend 2025

The College has prepared an exciting weekend for you and your friends! To accurately prepare for the weekend, reservations are required for several events. Check the schedule tab to learn more about all of the weekend's events.

Registration Fees for the Weekend:

Early Bird Pricing - Runs from January 10 - March 31 (midnight PST) 

Late Bird Pricing - Increased fees for registration and meals (from March 31 @midnight PST to April 21 @8 a.m. PST) 

On-site Pricing - Increased fees for registration and meals (from April 21 8 a.m. PST through the end of the event)

There are discounts for alumni who are celebrating their 50th reunion or are part of our 50+ alumni. There is also a discount for our young alumni 5-years out from graduation or less. Current HMC Students and children under 5 years of age are free at all events.

Kids Korner will be on Saturday, May 3. Please note that parents MUST stay with their children at all times. Children are not to be left unattended.

Refund Policy: We provide full refund for any reason at any time prior to Alumni Weekend. We prefer to know that you might attend the event than for people to wait to register till they arrive. If something happens during Alumni Weekend, and you can't attend an event, we can also provide a refund following.
