Life happens. You can help.
At Harford Community College, we stand by our students by providing the most necessary resources they need to be successful. In light of COVID-19, we are aware that many of our students are not able to work and may need additional financial support at this time.
Though our students may have carefully planned how to afford their tuition and fees for the semester, the effects of the pandemic now mean a new reality for individuals who have to redirect their resources. Please consider making a gift to our Student Emergency Assistance (SEA) Fund, where your contribution will be used to help individuals with the emergent needs of groceries, rent, and utilities. By providing this financial bridge, we can help students remain enrolled in class and reduce the damage created by COVID-19.
We thank you in advance for your life-affecting gift.
Thank you for giving.
In just 18 days, our community gathered together in support of some very special Harford students who just needed a helping hand to stay on track during the COVID-19 pandemic. We reached out by stating the simple motto: Life Happens. You can help.
And you helped so much. Here’s how:
Thanks to you, the Harford Community College Foundation was able to personally assist 19 students and award $9,000 in emergency aid through the Student Emergency Assistance (SEA) Fund. We cannot emphasize enough how impactful your gift has been for those 19 students, who now have a clearer path toward completing their Spring semester.
We say thank you once again, and send you well wishes for health, safety, and joy.
With Gratitude,
The Harford Community College Foundation
