WE DID IT!
Thank you to all who gave. Thank you to all who celebrated at our events, hosted a gathering in your home, and shared your pictures and stories with us throughout the day. Because Hamilton...rises to the challenge.
Update
Another donor has stepped forward to offer an additional $500,000 for a second endowment if we reach $1.5 million total in gifts! This additional scholarship fund will be named for the region in second place for participation.
The Challenge
3,500 Donors $1 million to support students on the Hill right now.
When we reach that total, we’ll unlock a $1 million match offered by David Solomon ’84, P’16, Hamilton trustee and co-chair of the Because Hamilton campaign. His generous match will endow a new scholarship to fund financial aid into the future.
The Competition
After all the gifts have been counted, the new $1 million scholarship will be named for whichever region has the highest percentage of participation! Plus, everyone in the winning region who made a gift will get a limited edition t-shirt.
