Hobbs Family Reunion
Join us as we celebrate the 115th Anniversary of our beloved Mary Hobbs Hall!
On Friday, September 20 those who are interested may meet at the Wyndham Garden Hotel to make dinner plans for the evening.
On Saturday, September 21 there are 3 events for Hobbs alumnae:
- 10:00 AM - A History of Mary Hobbs in Hobbs Hall with Gwen Erickson, Quaker Archivist/Special Collections Librarian. (Free)
- 12:00 PM - Lunch in the Carnegie Room with a welcome from President Kyle Farmbry, history of Mary Hobbs Hall by Max Carter, and recollections from Hobbs alumnae. ($35/person)
- 6:30 PM - Dinner at Cooper's Ale House (Wyndham Garden Hotel, 415 S. Swing Road, Greensboro) (order from this pre fixe menu and pay at restaurant.)

Alumni of Mary Hobbs Hall have created a revised version of the Hobbs Cookbook. Favorite recipes are in there from decades gone by as well as newly submitted recipes!
Cookbooks are for sale for $25. Any proceeds will go to the Mary Ellen Cathey Scholarship.
