Coming of age in the middle of the 20th century was very different from coming of age in recent decades. As a result of these different experiences, peoples' behaviors and preferences have evolved considerably. This session will explore those changes and what they mean for advancement professionals and the advancement profession. The panelists will discuss and offer advice for modifying behaviors, attitudes, and decision-making inside of their institutions in order to better keep up with the changing world around them.
