Your support of the Georgia Southwestern Athletics General Fund serves as a catalyst for GSW Hurricane student athletes as they compete for championships nationally within the NCAA Division II and within the Peach Belt Conference. Hurricane athletic teams compete in men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, golf, men’s and women’s soccer, tennis, and men’s and women’s cross country. The 2022-2023 academic year Georgia Southwestern Athletics achieved success in the classroom, community, and competition which led to a record setting year. The Hurricanes experienced great competitive success including a third consecutive NCAA DII men's golf National Championship appearance, three NCAA tournament berths, and three Peach Belt Conference Championships. The Hurricanes maintained above a 3.0 cumulative GPA and documented over 3,000 community service hours! As a result of your financial support, GSW student athletes are competing at a championship level and building a championship culture in all facets of their student-athlete experience.
