The 2019 GGC Women’s Soccer season is here!
We are so excited for our journey this season as we try to build on last year’s record setting campaign- league champions, first-ever victory in the NAIA National Championship tournament, and our first-ever trip to the Round of Sixteen! We finished the season ranked #8 in the nation out of over 200 teams, and we can’t wait to do even better this year. Equally exciting was the fact that Women’s Soccer won both the Grizzly Award and the top GPA of any Women’s team in the department! And now we get this season started with NINETEEN new players. Coach Giuliano thinks we’ll be one of the most skilled teams in the nation, but we will also be the youngest.
Coach Giuliano asked us to reach out to a few family and friends who might be able to help with a donation to achieve some things outside of our regular operating budget. Because of supporters who believed in our mission last year, we were able to order Titan GPS Sensors, which proved an invaluable tool in helping us reach the next level. This year, we are hoping to secure the most cutting edge video analysis, as well as increase our vitally important team building activities when on our road trips. While we are well-funded by the GGC Office of Athletics, these are extra costs where the generosity of our friends can make all the difference.
So if you can help a little or a lot, your gift would go a long way toward helping our program strive toward new targets this season. Your donation will also qualify you for the Grizzly Club via charitable support of Georgia Gwinnett College. And if you can’t help us financially, we are just glad you’ll be supporting Grizzly Soccer in additional ways this year.

Our team currently sits at 6-3-1 on the season having faced the toughest programs in the nation to open our season! This week we head back out on the road with some tough tests in the state of Arkansas. We would love your support of this program!
