FHU Family--alumnus Mr. Douglas Robbins has issued a special challenge. Today, when you and 599 others make a gift during FHU Challenge 2021, he will make a $30,000 gift to benefit FHU students.
As one of the campus groups participating in the FHU Challenge, the staff of the Hope Barber Shull Academic Resource Center (aka, the Main Library) is raising money to purchase 4 new replacement screens that are in perpetual use by the library staff and students.
The ARC is the most popular gathering place for students on campus and 4 screens are consistently used to communicate library and campus events and are used by students when they need a larger screen for collaborative work as a group.
The current screens have worked well, but are 7-8 years old and are starting to show either age and beginning to have problems.
To help meet the FHU Challenge and provide a better experience for students, today, the staff of the Hope Barber Shull Academic Resource Center has a goal of raising $2,400 ($600/per screen) for this project. Will you make a gift today to help provide new screens at the ARC?
And the best part is, today, not only does your gift help this project, your gift will also move us forward in the FHU Challenge, which can benefit all FHU students!
FHU Family you are amazing!
You answered the challenge with more than 600 gifts being made and Mr. Robbins has given $30,000 to benefit students!
But the day is still going strong and we have another exciting challenge. Once we reach 800 donors an anonymous donor is providing another $20,000 to benefit students!
