EMU Marching Band March-A-Thon

The annual “March-a-thon” is an EMU Marching Band tradition that has become a cherished event of the Ypsilanti community. Each fall, members of the Eastern Michigan University Marching Band parade through Ypsi streets and neighborhoods to share pride and spirit through music. The donations we receive are used to enhance the student experience and supplement the annual budget for instruments, equipment, maintenance, and travel—this year is no exception.

In the past three years, with the help of our generous donors like you, the EMU Marching Band was able to secure brand-new instruments for our students. YOU MADE  DIFFERENCE! This Fall, we hope to continue to enhance our student experience by purchasing a new section of instruments on our journey to reducing barriers that could prevent students from participating with us.
