It's the 40th Annual Dash-a-thon!

DSHA's largest student-led fundraiser kicked off; will run through Tuesday, September 26; and culminate in a 7 mile all-school walk-a-thon on Wednesday, September 27... THE DASH-A-THON!

Dash-A-Thon is led by students, for students! This year’s goal is $90,000! The girls will be working in collaboration with their classmates to raise money to support outstanding college-prep academic programs, athletics, theatre, campus ministry, student travel…the list could go on and on. The following goals have been set based on the number of students in each class and progress will be tracked throughout:

Freshmen, freshmen, what’s your number? Your goal is $19,000
Sophomores, sophomores, what’s your number? Your goal is $25,000
Juniors, juniors, what’s your number? Your goal is $21,000
Seniors, seniors, what’s your number? Your goal is $25,000

Our Dashers are a powerful group of young women and we cannot wait to see what they accomplish this Dash-A-Thon!

The 40th Annual Dash-A-Thon results are in!

The class that raised the most in support of their peers was SOPHOMORES, raising a total of $28,864!

Congratulations and way to go to all Dashers! This means students have earned Movie Day on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 and the day-off school on Monday, November 27, 2023.

Additional incentives go to:

Seniors and sophomores earned a pizza and PJ day for reaching their class goals.
Seniors earned a lunch outside and ice cream treat for reaching their class goal FIRST.
Sophomores earned a shaved ice truck and out of uniform for a whole week for raising the MOST money.
