Giving Tuesday 2018

This campaign ended on November 28, 2018, but you can still make a gift to Delta Phi Epsilon by clicking here!

I am DPhiE. I give.

#GivingTuesday is here and Delta Phi Epsilon is ready. In 2017 we gave out a record number of scholarships, and supported the growth of DPhiE in cultivating our future leaders.

Now we ask you to philanthropically give back to Delta Phi Epsilon to make a significant end-of-year gift as we participate in the largest single philanthropic day of giving across North America. Let's make this our most successful single day of giving in history.

By supporting Delta Phi Epsilon's Educational Foundation you are supporting your sisterhood. The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation provides sisters with educational scholarships, innovative leadership training, and opportunities for connection, personal growth, and well being.

No time has the need for support been greater. Delta Phi Epsilon is uniquely situated as a leader in the greek community providing the tools and resources sisters will take with them for lifelong successes in business and life. Our story at Delta Phi Epsilon is about creating impact and now we ask you to show your community what it means to be a lifelong sister. Show your sisters support. Create impact. Become an advocate. Give to DPhiE.

General Fund – Delta Phi Epsilon’s area of greatest need. Through the education foundation’s general fund, we are able to provide resources and funding to support opportunities ranging from scholarships, education opportunities, leadership seminars, and everything in between. With these funds we promote and enhance the opportunities our membership has to utilize their DPhiE experience towards building success outside the classroom. Impact is made here.

Sorority Leadership Programming – Delta Phi Epsilon is dedicated to providing intense and impactful leadership programs for all members including:

  • Engage U – Engage U is a regional intensive operations training that provides resources and workshops for sisters and volunteers. With locations changing each academic semester, we are able to reach over 800 attendees annually.
  • Alumnae Leadership Academy – The Alumnae Leadership Academy (ALA) is a program where local alumnae associations self-identify and nominate their own members to attend a weekend of elevated leadership skills training.
  • International Leadership Forum – Previously known as Convention, the International Leadership Forum (ILF) focuses on providing attendees with renowned, mission-driven programming focused solely on becoming your best self.
  • Leadership Transitions Academy – During this intensive, in-person event, the chapter leadership from one year to the next will meet together with staff and advisory volunteers to create a smooth transition of policies, procedures, operational goals and objectives of the chapter.
  • International Leadership Consultant Program – International Leadership Consultants (ILCs) are recent college graduates hired by IHQ to work directly with chapter members, leadership teams, advisers, local alumnae and university professionals to identify areas of potential improvement and address specific situations. They serve as DPhiE brand ambassadors and official representatives of IHQ. The ILC program will also expose these consultants to a variety of professional experiences.

Arleen Kruger Honick Scholarship Fund – In honor of Past International President and Psi chapter alumna, Arleen Kruger Honick, the Psi chapter at the University of Georgia is raising funds to set up an endowed scholarship. Once it is fully endowed, this scholarship will be awarded yearly to an undergraduate applicant from the Psi chapter.

Alison Xenakis Miller Memorial Scholarship – This scholarship, in loving memory of Epsilon Pi (SUNY Plattsburgh) founding sister Allison Xenakis Miller, is being funded by International Governing Board member Roxanne Donovan and Allison’s family. Once fully funded, this scholarship will be awarded annually to a deserving applicant from the Epsilon Pi chapter.

Dream Girl Scholarship Fund in Memory of Jennifer Cordero – The Alpha Gamma Alumnae Association is raising funds to endow a scholarship in memory of their beloved chapter sister, Jenny Cordero. Once fully endowed, this scholarship will be awarded yearly to an Alpha Gamma sister.

The Harriette Hirsch Sisterhood Fund – This scholarship helps give financial support to sisters during time of family financial crisis and allows them to continue their education.

Madeleine Claire McNulty Memorial Scholarship Fund – In loving memory of Madeleine Claire McNulty, daughter of Past International President and current Educational Foundation Board member Dawn McNulty, this fund will support a yearly Educational Foundation scholarship.

Toby Tamarkin Scholarship Fund – In honor of Sigma chapter alumnae and dedicated volunteer Dr. Toby Tamarkin, this scholarship is awarded yearly to members who mirror the qualifications of Toby herself. Applicants must be studying for a career in education, must have a job to help them attain their goal, and graduate applicants must be involved in at least one organization in their field. This scholarship was awarded for the first time in 2017.
