A Bold and Gold Alumni Reunion Weekend 2025

We are excited to welcome all alumni home to DePauw for A Bold and Gold Alumni Reunion Weekend 2025, but if your class year ends in a 5 or a 0, or you are a member of the recently graduated Class of 2024, this is your special year to celebrate.

In celebration of our reunion classes this year, we’re challenging our alumni to see which classes will carry on DePauw’s philanthropic tradition with the most participation. Annual gifts to The Fund for DePauw power the outstanding liberal arts and sciences education our students receive. Make a gift as part of your reunion registration to help your class top the leaderboard and educate future leaders the world needs!

You will make incredible memories during this fun-filled weekend, which includes:

• A Bold and Gold Breakfast with DePauw's 21st President, Lori S. White, on Saturday morning.
• Opportunities to connect with friends and classmates, old and new.
• Tours of campus, as well as self-guided tours of the newly renovated Roy O. West Library, Tenzer Technology Center, and Harrison Hall. 
• Evening entertainment for all alumni on both Friday and Saturday night.
• Special presentations to engage you in lifelong learning.
• A class photo to document your weekend.

Please read this special note regarding your reunion gift:

In order to host the large number of alumni returning to campus, a registration fee is required to cover general administrative and event costs. Additionally, in order to support the next generation of DePauw's students, a small gift to The Fund For DePauw towards the university's greatest needs is included in your event registration. To remove this gift, use promo code "OPTOUT" at checkout.

Making edits to your registration:

You will be provided a link [“View and manage your registration”] within your confirmation and reminder emails to view and edit your registration. This link will take you to the My Registration summary page, where the following adjustments can be made:

1. Adding free or paid activities or add-ons:
   1. If a paid activity or add-on is added to the registration, you will proceed through the checkout process again.
   2. If only free activities or add-ons are added to the registration, you will be presented with an “Update Registration” button to complete the update.
2. Removing free activities or add-ons: You can use the Trash icon to remove any eligible activity or add-on from the registration. You will see a “Success” message to confirm that the change was made.

The following are the actions you cannot change in your My Registration summary page:

1. Removing paid activities or add-ons - You cannot remove any paid activities or add-ons that would trigger a refund to your registration. If you're no longer able to attend a Bold and Gold Alumni Reunion Weekend or an event for which you've already paid, please contact our team by email at alumnioffice@depauw.edu or by phone at 765-658-4209. Refund requests made on or before May 18, 2025, will be refunded in full.
2. Adding additional guests to an existing registration - Those guests should be prompted to create their own registration.
